Open Command Prompt (CMD) by right clicking “Run as Administrator” from the start menu, Starting/Stopping IIS meaning starting/stopping both WAS & W3SVC services together.
IISRESET Means restarting both the IIS WAS & WSVC services
IISRESET/STATUS : Checks the status of IIS Services
IISRESET : Restarts IIS Services
IISRESET/START : Starts IIS Services
IISRESET/STOPT : Starts IIS Services
